Hi, I am Kaustubh, a founder and a creative builder building Booozer.com, an AI beverage recommendation engine on its way to becoming the "Pantone® of Beverages". We're assembling the world's largest alcohol and beverage database to create custom flavour palettes for individuals and hospitality brands.
I picked this market after studying what survives downturns: demand that stays strong, little competition from technology, and heavy regulation. I built our dataset by calling distributors myself, and I'm now taking Booozer to hotel chains, airlines, pubs and restaurants. The goal for 2027 is to become Qatar Airways' beverage recommendation partner.
Before this I designed solar systems, researched hybrid battery management, led energy design for a Solar Decathlon India 2026 finalist team, and closed two companies of my own. Each one taught me something Booozer now runs on: sell before you scale, and stay close to the customer.
